Contributions to pro loco associations

Contributions may be granted to pro loco associations registered on the special list established by the provincial tourism service, for the following activities

• valorisation of the natural, cultural and historical resources of the locality, also through the realisation of events of a supra-local character, consistent with the tourism marketing activities carried out by the APT
• implementation of tourist entertainment activities of a local nature such as initiatives of tourist, recreational, sporting and cultural interest;
• other activities of a local nature aimed at fostering the development of a tourist welcome culture.

Pro loco associations registered in the special list established by the provincial department responsible for tourism.

The application must be submitted by the legal representative of the association.

Applications for contributions, advance payments and settlements are to be submitted digitally via the appropriate platform by clicking on the corresponding links.

From 1 October to 30 November each year, it is possible to apply for contributions using the online channel.

Grant applications are to be submitted through the digital channel below.

Settlement applications referring to 2025 activities are to be submitted through the digital channel below.

The grant application must be received by 30 November for activities planned for the following year.

The application for payment, for the year 2025, must be received by 31 December of the year following the year in which the funded activities were carried out.

The application for payment for the year 2026 must be received by 30 June 2027.

It is possible to request the advance payment of the grant, equal to 40% of the financing granted, within two months from the date of execution of the decision granting the grant.
