Contributions for compulsory and supplementary sports insurance

It is a contribution granted to the provincial committees, delegations or sections of the sporting federations, associated sporting disciplines and sports promotion bodies recognised by CONI or CIP and operating at provincial level in the amateur activity sector, concerning the expenses incurred by their affiliated sporting associations and clubs for the compulsory and supplementary accident insurance of athletes under 25 years of age (with no limit, if disabled), technicians and sports managers.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 100% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the resources made available.

If the available resources are less than the sum of the grantable contributions, these are reduced by an equal percentage for all beneficiaries.

The contribution is provided for in Article 37, paragraph 2 of Provincial Law 21 April 2016, no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

The sporting season is that established by the regulations approved by each sporting federation / sports promotion body / associated sporting discipline of reference and may coincide with the calendar year as well as straddle two years.

For the supplementary insurance, a maximum expense of 30 euros is allowed for each coach and manager and for each athlete under 25 years of age. If an athlete with a disability, there is no age limit.

Provincial committees, delegations or sections of national sports federations, sports promotion bodies, associated sports disciplines, recognised by CONI or CIP and operating at provincial level in the amateur sector.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Schedule detailing, for each affiliated association and sports club, the amounts for compulsory and supplementary insurances incurred by them and awarded to them in respect of the grant awarded, dated and signed.
3. Disclosure pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
4. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

The application for the grant and payment of the subsidy must be submitted between 1 and 30 June of each year and relate to the completed sporting season.

The sporting season that ends by 30 June of the year in which the application is submitted is deemed to have ended.

Once the grant decision has become enforceable, payment of the contribution is ordered.
