Contribution to the Trentino federation of pro loco associations

The grant is awarded to the Trentino federation of pro loco associations to carry out the activities of representation, assistance, protection and coordination of its federates.

The application must be received by 30 November for activities planned for the following year.

The application must be submitted by the legal representative of the federation

Applications must be submitted by completing the appropriate form and submitting it by one of the following methods

1. by direct delivery to the Tourism and Sport Service or to the assistance and public information desks of the Province
2. electronically to the certified electronic mailbox of the Tourism and Sport Service by attaching

• digitally signed form
  or
• digitally signed form by attaching an identity document;

• Explanatory report on planned activities and related income and expenditure
• Privacy Policy

If the application is submitted by post or fax, a copy of a valid identity document of the applicant must be enclosed.

The 120 days for a response start from the day after the application deadline.

Once the grant has been awarded, an advance payment, equal to 80% of the grant, may be requested; the balance must be requested by 31 December of the year following the year in which the grant was awarded.
