- August 2025: 3.70%
- September 2025: 3.70%
By the deadline for submitting the statement of expenses incurred you must
- incur a total expenditure for energy recovery and/or upgrading interventions for a minimum amount of 20,000 euros
- take out a mortgage or loan with one of the credit institutions listed above for a minimum amount of €12,000
- be a registered resident in the property unit in question if it is to be used as a first home
- have registered the property unit indicated in the application as a residential property unit falling within cadastral categories A2 to A7 if it was originally registered in cadastral categories C2, C6, F2, F3 or F4.
Following reporting, the contribution may be recalculated if it is higher than the actual interest burden borne by the borrower. This may occur, for example, in the event the amount of eligible expenses reported is lower than the amount granted, in the event the amount of the loan taken out is lower than the maximum loan amount allowed, or in the event the loan rate is lower than the forecast rate (3.75%). In any event, the redetermination may not be an increase with respect to the granted contribution.
Application for Extension:
If you fail to submit your report within the deadline, you can apply for an extension for up to 24 months for justified reasons.
After the first extension you may apply for a further extension for a maximum of 12 months only if
- you are already in possession of a permit
- you have in any case started work where no permit is required by the regulations.
Applications for extensions must be submitted before the expiry of the reporting deadline or the deadline for the first extension.
Restrictions
The constraints are those set out in Article 15 of the Bando.
