Public bodies in minority territories

Public bodies in minority territories must submit the application by 15 November each year by sending the fully completed form to the PEC address of the Local Language Minorities and European Audit Service

• proposal for action, with report on content and objectives
• financing plan with estimate of expenses and income
• information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016(signed for acknowledgement)
• photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge)
