Description

It is a contribution granted to employers who enrol or enrol their employees or collaborators in a collective training course organised by an entity outside the company.

The purpose is to support professional updating, also aimed at the acquisition of new technologies, production, management and managerial methods.

Courses for driving licences higher than B, for CQC and for roadworthiness centre inspector are also eligible.

Amount of the contribution

The amount of contribution recognised is relative to the course enrolment fee, in the percentage of 100%, up to a maximum of EUR 3,000.00 for each approved training course. Contributions of less than EUR 500.00 are not granted.

The contribution is granted in the percentages defined and within the limits imposed by European legislation on state aid and de minimis aid: Regulation (EU) No. 2831/2023 "de minimis", Regulation (EU) No. 717/2014 (de minimis of the fisheries and aquaculture sector) and Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013 (de minimis of the agricultural sector).

  • self-employed workers and self-employed professionals, with the exception of training that may give rise to credits for compulsory training envisaged by the respective professional registers, orders and colleges.

Fixed-term employees must have an employment contract of not less than six months' duration.
