Co-operative entities: certificate of registration

The service is aimed at co-operative bodies that need the relevant certificate.

The cooperative body must submit the application in one of the following ways

• by certified electronic mail to the address indicated on the application form
• by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address indicated on the application form
• by hand delivery to the relevant office

Social cooperatives are exempt from stamp duty.

The co-operative body must submit its application by enclosing a valid identity document of the signatory if the form is not digitally signed.

The office verifies the request. If it is regular, it prepares the certificate and sends it by pec (unless hand delivery is expressly requested).
