Co-operative bodies: contribution for the promotion of co-operation - Extension of reporting period

Beneficiaries of the grant awarded pursuant to Regional Law No. 15 of 28 July 1988 who expect not to be able to submit the documents relating to the reporting of the initiative by the deadline.

Grant recipients may submit, within six months from the date set for the completion of the initiative, a reasoned application for an extension for a maximum period of six months.

The modalities for submitting the application are as follows

• by certified email to the address indicated on the application form
• by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address indicated on the application form
• by hand delivery to the competent office.

Beneficiaries must submit their application together with a valid identity document of the signatory if the form is not digitally signed.
