Co-operative bodies: application for a contribution to promote co-operation

It is a contribution to promote initiatives aimed at the dissemination, promotion and development of the cooperative system and cooperative principles, in general, that have a direct or indirect impact on the provincial territory.

Contributions may be granted up to a maximum of 60% of eligible expenditure.

• Associations representing the cooperative movement recognised under regional legislation
• Cooperative societies and their consortia
• Public and private bodies, associations and organisations
• Natural persons.

The application must be submitted to the provincial structure responsible for cooperation, during the period from 1 January to 30 September each year, in one of the following ways

• by certified electronic mail to the address indicated on the application form
• by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address indicated on the application form
• by hand delivery to the relevant office.

The applicant must submit the relevant application by attaching:

• Illustrative analytical report of the initiative (with set objectives, actions to be undertaken, timeframe and expected impact on the provincial territory);
• Detailed estimate of expenses;
• Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 duly signed;
• Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge).

The application must be submitted between 1 January and 30 September of the year in which the initiative is to be launched.

The 60 days begin upon receipt of the application.
