CFP ADR - Duplicate loss, theft, misappropriation

If the ADR is lost, stolen or destroyed, it must be reported within 48 hours to the police, who will issue a copy. The provincial civil motor vehicle office then issues the duplicate.

The service is open to all interested parties.

The PAGOPA code associated with the tariff for "CAP duplicate loss, theft, misappropriation or destruction" is:

• T007 "Duplicate CAP or ADR certificate for loss or theft" (AMBITO TRENTO).

• complete form TT 746 C;
• copy of the report of loss or theft or destruction;
• present the driving licence held and photocopy thereof;
• receipt of payment made by PAGOPA;
• non-EU citizens must present their residence permit in original or certified copy.
