C.A.P. Certificate of Professional Competence - Duplicate for deterioration

In the event of deterioration of the C.A.P. (professional qualification card), it is possible to apply for a duplicate at the offices of the Civil Motor Vehicle Authority.

The service is open to all interested parties.

• makean appointment at the offices of the Civil Vehicle Registration Authority;
• complete and submit the documents listed in the "Documents to be submitted" section, which can be downloaded from the "Forms" section of this page.

The PAGOPA code associated with the tariff for "Duplicate CAP for deterioration" is:

• T003 "Duplicate of cap or adr certificate for deterioration" (AMBITO TRENTO).

• complete form TT 746 C;
• deteriorated original C.A.P. and photocopy thereof;
• show the driving licence held and photocopy thereof;
• receipt of payment made by PAGOPA;
• if the application is not presented by the applicant, form MC 746 C (signed by the applicant) must be accompanied by a proxy on plain paper and the valid identity documents, either original or photocopy, of the principal and the proxy.

N.B. Non-EU citizens must present their valid residence permit in original or certified copy.
