Authorisation of plants for electricity production (conventional sources)

The application may be submitted by public bodies, private entities, companies

The procedure begins with the submission of the application by the interested party; the next stage involves the examination of the application and the attached documentation; if necessary, the competent structure requests integrations and any nulla-osta; the process ends with the adoption of the authorisation by the manager of the competent structure and its transmission to the applicant.

• technical report with graphic drawings of the plant, indicating the specific activity for which the plant is to be used, the production cycle, an indication of the expected time for the plant to become fully operational, the use of the electrical energy produced, the requirements for which the plant is to be built, the characteristics of the connection to the national electrical system, the operating methods and the quantity, type and commodity characteristics of the fuels to be used, the techniques adopted to limit emissions and the quantity and quality of such emissions as well as, for plants subject to this condition, the technical minimum defined through the plant parameters that characterise it
• specifictechnical report demonstrating compliance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 29-136/Leg. of 30/07/2008 and Annex 2 to the Provincial Environmental Energy Plan 2013-2020
• sworn expert's report certifying the quality and quantity of polluting emissions into the atmosphere
• models of the Provincial Environmental Protection Agency for the authorisation of atmospheric emissions from new plants and existing plants: Mod. B and Mod. B1/B2 photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge)
