Description
The Hazard Synthesis Map identifies areas with different degrees of penalties (high, medium, low and other types of penalties) based on the hazard classification of geological, hydrological and snow or forest phenomena.
Building interventions on these areas are regulated in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 ofAnnex B (implementation rules) of Provincial Law no. 5 of 27 May 2008 (Approval of the new provincial urban plan).
Further specifications and provisions concerning such interventions are contained in the document "Indications and clarifications for the application of the provisions concerning areas with high medium or low penalties and areas with other types of penalties", approved with Del. G.P. no. 1317 dated 04 September 2020 and subsequently modified and updated with Del. G.P. no. 379 dated 18 March 2022 and updated with Del. G.P. no. 1748 dated 29 September 2023.
These provisions envisage that, for interventions in areas with high penalties (P4), in areas with medium penalties (P3) and in areas with other types of penalties (PRV-APP), a compatibility study or report must be carried out and theauthorisation of the Province must be requested.
The authorisation is required in advance for the presentation of the building title, the communication or the application for urban conformity assessment for public works under the competence of communities or municipalities. A similar procedure applies for the authorisation of urban deviation works falling within the competence of the municipalities.
