Applications may be submitted by applicants in possession of
Professional qualification and practical qualification course or provincial vocational training diploma in the hairdressing sector, as per the following, alternative routes
- professional qualification as a result of the three-year vocational training course, followed by a qualification course with mainly practical content lasting 400 hours
- vocational qualification as a result of the three-year vocational training course, followed by a provincial diploma of vocational training in the hairdressing sector, if the fourth year allows for the acquisition of the same skills as those envisaged at the end of the qualification courses
- vocational qualification following the two-year vocational training course, followed by a qualification course with mainly practical content lasting 740 hours
Work experience and theoretical qualification course, as per the following, alternative routes
- three years' work experience as a qualified employee, active partner or family helper in a hairdressing salon, followed by a vocational training course of 550 hours of mainly theoretical content
- Completion of an apprenticeship period, in a hairdressing company, pursuant to Act no. 25/1955, of the duration envisaged by the trade agreements, followed by a one-year work period as a qualified employee, active partner or family helper, followed by the professional qualification course
Professional qualification following a vocational training course lasting at least two years followed by a one-year period of work as a qualified employee, active partner or family helper in a hairdressing company
Professional qualification as hairdresser as a result of a three-year vocational training course obtained as a private candidate and in possession of a five-year upper secondary school diploma followed by a qualification course of mainly practical content lasting 400 hours.
