Application for the grant for socio-educational stays

This service enables organisations already eligible for a grant to carry out socio-educational holiday activities for young people resident in the Province of Trento to apply for a grant in respect of the activities they have carried out.

Grant-awarded organisations which have carried out socio-educational summer holiday activities shall indicate in their application the number of users who have used the service and the Agenzia per la Coesione Sociale - Ufficio per le politiche familiari e gestione interventi economici, UMSE sviluppo e supporto alle politiche di coesione sociale, quantifies the daily grant for each young person present, as follows

• € 2.70 for the camping activity
• € 4.10 for day camp activity;
• € 6.30 per permanent stay.

For disabled children participating in summer camps, the daily contribution for each boy participating in the summer camp is

• € 40.00 for the camp activity
• € 50.00 per day camp activity;
• € 60.00 for permanent stay.

An increase in the contribution is envisaged for organisations in possession of the "Family in Trentino" and "Family Audit" labels.

Failure to submit the grant application by 20 September each year will result in forfeiture of the grant.

Non-profit organisations that have already been eligible for support.

The application for the grant, signed by the legal representative, shall be submitted, under penalty of exclusion, by one of the following methods

a) sent by post, only by registered mail with return receipt, to the Agenzia per la Coesione Sociale - Ufficio per le politiche familiari e gestione interventi economici, UMSE sviluppo e supporto alle politiche di coesione sociale, Via Grazioli, 1 - 38122 Trento. In this case, the postmark of the accepting post office or, if a courier service, the stamp affixed by the carrier, will be taken as proof of admission;

(b) sent by ordinary or certified electronic mail to the address umse.coesionesociale@pec.provincia.tn.it in compliance with the technical rules contained in the digital administration code and its implementing acts;

c) delivered by hand to the Agenzia per la Coesione Sociale - Ufficio per le politiche familiari e gestione interventi economici, UMSE sviluppo e supporto alle politiche di coesione sociale, Via Grazioli, 1 - 38122 Trento. Grant applications submitted by hand must be delivered by 12 noon on the last day for submission;

d) transmitted by means of the Pi.Tre. interoperability system, where the Entity is equipped with it.

Grant application form, privacy policy, copy of an identity document of the legal representative.

After receiving the application, the Umse Sviluppo e Supporto alle politiche di Co coesione Sociale (Umse Development and Support for Social Cohesion Policies) grants the contribution, communicates the amount to the beneficiary organisation and makes the relevant payment.
