Application for subsidy for conservation and landscaping

The subsidy may be granted for the following interventions on real estate characterised by evident landscape-environmental value

• recovery of traditional artefacts characterising the ancient ways of agricultural cultivation or recovery of ancient roadways (e.g.: dry-stone retaining walls, paving stones, delimitation of enclosed funds, etc.)
• re-roofing in high-cost traditional materials such as porphyry slabs, shingles, etc.;

Owners of real estate eligible for subsidy:

• natural persons;
• private legal persons (companies and enterprises);
• other public bodies other than municipalities (ASUC, IPAB)

In the case of applicants who are natural persons, the application may be submitted jointly by the co-owners (or co-owners of rights in rem) of the real estate subject to the intervention.

Applications must be submitted to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service by 31 December each year, using the form appropriate to the type of applicant (natural person, legal entity or public body), accompanied by all the necessary documentation.

FOR ALL TYPES OF APPLICANTS:

• grant application
• information notice on the processing of personal data for privacy purposes (signed by all subscribers)
• technical-descriptive report of the intervention
• cartographic documentation identifying the location of the asset
• colour photographs of the state of affairs
• non-authenticated photostatic copy of the building permit and of the attached documents;
• estimated metric calculation or cost estimate;
• photocopy of an identity document of all signatories;
