Application for reimbursement of expenses for return to Trentino for work

The Province encourages the return to Trentino of Trentino emigrants abroad to work in a role involving the management of organisational units or in a highly professional position, requiring a high level of specialised competence, through the total or partial reimbursement of travel and initial accommodation costs.

Expenses incurred in returning to Trentino from the country of residence in order to work in the province are reimbursed, relating to

a) travel tickets and luggage transport for the return to Trentino;
b) initial accommodation
c) removal.

The maximum amount of reimbursement is € 3,750.00.=, increased by € 1,000.00.= for the spouse or equivalent and each accompanying child.

For holders of an open-ended contract only, reimbursement of moving expenses up to €3,000.00 is recognised.

For holders of fixed-term contracts, reimbursement of return travel expenses is recognised up to € 1,000.00, increased by € 500.00 for the spouse or equivalent and each accompanying child.

Trentino emigrants abroad, as defined in Article 2, paragraph 1 of LP 12/2000, who have returned to the Province of Trento as holders of an employment contract with high professional profiles to be performed in the territory of the province, providing for the management of organisational units or the assignment of a highly specialised position.

It is necessary to submit the application for reimbursement of expenses incurred for the return journey from abroad/accommodation/relocation to Trentino within 120 days of arrival in Italy, or, if you are requesting reimbursement for expenses incurred for the return journey abroad in the case of a fixed-term contract, within 30 days of the date of departure.

The application for reimbursement, accompanied by the required documentation, must be sent in PDF or JPG format to the PEC address ufficio.coesione@provincia.tn.it, attaching a copy of an identity document.

• a copy of the employment contract and documentation proving that it is related to highly professional profiles, demonstrated by the tasks indicated in the employment contract or in a specific declaration by the employer, with a sworn translation into Italian if in a foreign language
• expense documentation in the name of the applicant or accompanying family member (invoices, receipts, travel documents).
