Application for annual contribution for the activities of emigration associations

The annual contribution can reach a maximum of 95 per cent of the eligible expenditure to support the ordinary activities of the associations in favour of Trentino emigrants and their descendants.

The following types of expenditure are financed

a) management expenses
b) expenses for associative activities
c) expenses for the support of specific promotion and development projects.

Second-degree associations registered in the Register of Associations of Trentino Emigrants Abroad may apply for a grant on the basis of the following requirements

• have their head office in the province of Trento
• have been operating for at least 5 years in the field of emigration
• be made up of at least 5 first-degree associations composed of at least 30 Trentino emigrant members or descendants, living abroad, belonging to distinct family units.

Associations must submit their applications by 31 October each year to ufficio.coesione@pec.provincia.tn.it.

• application for a contribution using the form provided below;
• declaration in lieu of affidavit of the legal requirements for registration in the register of associations of Trentino emigrants abroad;
• programme of activities and projects for which the grant is requested and illustrative report on the content, methods of implementation and aims of the activities
• financial plan with an indication of the expenses envisaged and the financial means available;
• list of any development promotion projects with all the information required by the criteria;
• privacy policy, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016;
• photocopy of an identity document of the legal representative of the association.

All documentation must be signed by the legal representative of the association.
