Application for a grant to restore dry-stone walls (Bando 2023)

The application for the 2023 call for proposals (private individuals' interventions) concerns the following types of intervention

1. RESTORATION/RECOVERY OF RETAINING WALLS
   - with TRADITIONAL DRY methodology
   - with DRY methodology USING NON-VISIBLE BINDERS (binders are used for the upstream part of the facing)
2. EVENTUAL SYSTEMATISATION OF THE SURROUNDING SOIL (cutting of weed and shrub infesting species, chopping and removal, removal of stumps, levelling work, etc.). This ancillary intervention allows for an additional contribution

Applications may be submitted by natural or legal private persons who, on the date of submission, are the owners or holders of real rights, including for shares of the subject of the grant (land parcel or building).

Public bodies, private entities, private associations, consortia cannot apply.

The application for assistance, signed by the interested party, in order to comply with stamp duty, must be submitted using the approved forms by one of the following methods

- paper application by hand delivery to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service in Trento, via Mantova, 67 - from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. - (telephone 0461 - 492712), or at the decentralised public assistance and information desks of the Autonomous Province of Trento

- transmission by electronic mail (certified or not) exclusively to the box serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it, please note that attachments in compressed formats (e.g. ZIP) will NOT be accepted in accordance with the provincial directives on telematic communications

- transmission to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service by registered mail with return receipt, in which case the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof of the date of receipt

The application must be submitted by the deadline under penalty of inadmissibility.

If the application needs to be supplemented because it is incomplete or incorrect, the chronological order of submission is lost. It will resume from the date of the last complete and correct integration.

- Annex IV (co-owners' proxy) - ONLY IF NECESSARY

- Annex V (privacy policy of all signatories)

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 25 of Provincial Law No 23 of 30 November 1992, notice is hereby given of the initiation of the procedure for the granting and liquidation of the subsidy for the recovery and restoration of masonry in traditional terraced agricultural systems (reference legislation Article 72(2)(b) of Provincial Law No 15/2015).

The competent structure for the adoption of the granting measure and for the liquidation is the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service, and the person in charge of the procedure is Dr Francesca Chemolli, Deputy Director of the Office for Incentive and Simplification Policies in the field of town planning and landscape protection, where information can be obtained.

The grant is established by a provision of the manager of the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service within 60 days from the deadline for submitting applications (31 May 2023).

The granting measures will be published on the website delibere.provincia.tn.it and references will be communicated individually to the beneficiaries.
