The authorised Consortium for the protection of 'Puzzone di Moena' / 'Spretz Tzaorì' PDO cheese, has sent via PEC to the competent provincial department, the application for amendment of the production specifications of "Puzzone di Moena" / "Spretz Tzaorì" PDO cheese.
Any comments to the proposal, from subjects with a legitimate interest, should be sent by PEC to the address serv.politichesvilupporurale@pec.provincia.tn.it, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
