THE AUTONOMOUS PROVINCE OF TRENTO
pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 4 bis, of provincial law no. 14 of 11 December 2020
expresses its willingness to assign, by means of an open public procedure, the
mining concession called "Dosseni" in the municipality of Roverè della Luna, for the
mining exploitation of the dolomite deposit.
The contents of the concession are described in the report that forms an integral part of this
notice.
To this end, I TAKE NOTICE that:
- the current concession, extended by resolution of the Provincial Council no. 234 of 20 February 2026, expires on 31 December 2026;
- the duration of the new concession is set at twenty years;
- within thirty days of the publication of this notice, anyone interested may submit written comments and objections to the Industry, Research and Mining Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with registered office at Via Guardini 75 - 38121 Trento, at the following e-mail address: serv.industriaricercaminerario@pec.provincia.tn.it;
- as a result of this notice, a notice of public call for tenders will be published, pursuant to Article 10(1) of Provincial Law No 14 of 11 December 2020, setting out the terms and conditions for participation and future exercise, taking into account the negative outcome of the procedure set out in the public notice approved by Provincial Decree No 467 of 2025.
