Description
By Resolution no. 310 of the Provincial Council of Trento dated 28 February 2025, the "Criteria and implementation methods for Service Vouchers - period 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2027" within the framework of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021-2027 Programme were amended, giving the possibility to access Service Vouchers for the purchase of services for the reconciliation between family and work to households with a family economic condition indicator (I.C.E.F.) not exceeding 0.50 instead of 0.40 as already provided for by resolution no. 2066 of 13.12.2024.
The amendment introduced therefore allows the updating of the amounts assigned to individual Service Vouchers for applicants with I.C.E.F. between 0 and 0.50, increasing the amount starting from 10 March 2025 and including in the Service Voucher tool all potential applicants with I.C.E.F. indicator up to 0.50.
Users interested in the allocation of Service Vouchers who have not already submitted an application
- if they are not yet in possession of an I.C.E.F. indicator, they can apply to an accredited CAF, which will calculate the indicator with the new ceilings;
- if they already have a valid I.C.E.F. income/assets indicator for the year 2023, they can recalculate the value of the Service Voucher using the calculation simulator made available by the Administration WITHOUT THE OBLIGATION to go to a CAF to recalculate or print out the model.
Users who, before 10 March 2025, had a valid I.C.E.F. income/assets indicator for the year 2023 with a value over 0.40 may also, using the calculation simulatorautonomously calculate the maximum value that can be assigned for each Service Voucher.
Therefore, the user if already in possession of an I.C.E.F. indicator income/assets for the year 2023 will be able, after calculating using the calculation simulatorproceed to fill in the online application for the allocation of the Service Voucher using the computer system made available online by the Province and accessible through authentication with the SPID digital identity system WITHOUT THE OBLIGATION to go to a CAF to recalculate or print out the new form.
