Ornamental nursery

Since 1991, certain ornamental species that were mostly traded between European countries have been regulated both at EU and national level by Legislative Decree No 151 of 19 May 2000, transposing Directive 98/56/EC, and by the Ministerial Decree of 9 August 2000, which constitutes the package of implementation measures defined by the European directives.
