Description
The investments planned under Mission 4 are divided into 2 Components:
- Component 1 - strengthening the provision of education services: from kindergartens to universities, with the aim of filling the gaps in the education system at all stages of the education cycle
- Component 2 - fromresearch to enterprise, with the aim of promoting innovation and the dissemination of technology, to strengthen skills
In addition to these interventions, there is also the one envisaged under Mission 2, Component 3, concerning the plan for the construction of new schools through building replacement.

Projects of other actors in the area and other investments / Opportunities for private individuals
The aim is to ensure equal access to education by facilitating access to tertiary education for students with socio-economic difficulties and a relatively high opportunity cost for advanced studies against an early transition to the labour market.

Piano Scuola 4.0 is an ad hoc plan for digitisation in schools that aims to enhance spaces, their physical and temporal organisation, but also the training of those who live and teach in them - i.e. teachers, school staff and students.
