Support interventions for living at home:
- Home assistance service (SAD): social welfare services such as personal care and help with hygiene and meal preparation, housekeeping, psycho-social-relational support
- Integrated home care and palliative care(ADI and ADI-CP)
- Meals on wheels: service ensuring the delivery of a meal at home to people who are unable to prepare it independently
- Laundry service: a service for washing, ironing and mending clothes for people without a washing machine or unable to do so independently
- Telecare and remote monitoring: a service providing people with reduced autonomy with timely intervention in the event of an emergency and periodic monitoring of the person through telephone interviews
Day services offering assistance and socialisation with other people:
- Service centres for the elderly: services that welcome self-sufficient or partially self-sufficient elderly persons during the day, who can benefit from services (canteen, assisted bathing, pedicure, manicure, barber and hairdresser) and from socio-recreational, cultural and motor activities
- Day care centres for the elderly and day care services at RSAs: services that welcome partially non self-sufficient elderly people during the day to promote socialisation opportunities
Residential care services:
- Accompanied living (sheltered housing): accommodation equipped with special security systems and devices that guarantee guests an autonomous but protected life. They can be accessed by elderly people living alone or in couples, with varying degrees of frailty or at risk of social marginalisation and who are no longer able to remain alone at home
- Care homes forthe elderly (Casa di soggiorno): a residential service for the elderly with varying degrees of frailty which provides housing conditions in a protected and community context with the aim of promoting the recovery of the elderly person's autonomy and preventing social isolation
- Nursing home (RSA) also for temporary respite care
- Protected climatic stays: a service that consists of organising stays at the lake, sea or mountain that allow socialisation and offer support to different categories of users
