Description
In order to ensure that the phytosanitary risk associated with the specified activities is eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level, authorisation for the introduction and movement into the Union of any prohibited material must be subject to certain conditions ensuring the submission of a complete and appropriate application for authorisation, assessment of the nature and objectives of the specified activities, confirmation that the specified activities are carried out in quarantine stations or containment facilities, and the safe destruction and removal of contaminated material.
