Description

Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 assigns a primary role to the obligations of visibility, transparency and communication with regard to the interventions carried out within the framework of the Programmes co-financed by EU Funds. These obligations are partly incumbent on the Managing Authority of the Programme and partly on the beneficiaries of the interventions.

More specifically, pursuant to art. 50 of the aforementioned Regulation and par. 2.3.2 of the "Criteria and modalities for the implementation of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) Programme 2021-2027", approved by the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 2006 of 20 October 2023, the beneficiaries have precise reporting obligations during the implementation of the projects to ensure transparency in the use of the Funds and to strengthen awareness of the role of the European Union.
The Managing Authority has prepared the "Visibility, Transparency and Communication Guidelines" as a support tool for beneficiaries to facilitate compliance.

Through simple indications onvisual identity and by providing editable models of communication materials (posters or electronic displays and logos in different formats), the aim is also to facilitate the dissemination of the results of the projects implemented and to promote the opportunities available in Trentino thanks to European Funds.

The active role of the beneficiaries is of fundamental importance in communicating the results and giving visibility to the initiatives implemented thanks to the ESF+ Programme.
