On Contracta, by means of the E-Shop, the Administrations of the provincial public sector can proceed with the purchase of goods and services with a high level of standardisation by adhering to the framework conventions stipulated, pursuant to Article 36 ter1 of Provincial Law no. 23 of 19 July 1990, by the Provincial Agency for Procurement and Contracts (APAC).
On Contracta it is possible to place Purchase Orders and digitally manage all communications and exchanges of data and information between the economic operator and the contracting station in an agile and intuitive manner.
