In Storo, a day will be dedicated to the recovery and valorisation of some local varieties and species in danger of extinction. From Storo maize to sorc Dorotea, from Bionda dell'Adamello to Broccolo di Torbole, a journey to discover little-known and endangered treasures recovered thanks to the commitment of researchers and producers, with some mention of the repercussions on the environment and landscape.
