n this section the international, community, national and provincial regulations on wildlife and hunting activities are recalled.
According to Article 117 of the Constitution, as amended by the 2001 constitutional reform, the Regions and Autonomous Provinces have legislative powers in the field of wildlife and hunting activities, without prejudice to the State's competence in the field of environmental protection. Therefore, where the subject of fauna intersects with that of the environment, the provincial legislator also takes into account State provisions, as well as international provisions, such as conventions or treaties, and Community provisions, i.e. regulations and directives.
