• a curriculum vitae, preferably in European format, duly signed and self-certified, pursuant to Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree No. 445 of 28 December 2000, under penalty of exclusion;
• the "individual form" drawn up in accordance with the model provided with the notice;
• the declaration in lieu of affidavit of non-existence of the cases of incompatibility and incompatibility contemplated by Legislative Decree 39/2013, according to the fac simile provided with the notice, signed under penalty of exclusion
• copy of a valid identification document.
