Public competition for 4 Land Register Office Managers

In addition to the requirements specified in the notice, the following is required

• auniversity degree of at least four years in law or university degrees equivalent to this pursuant to the law or university degrees equivalent to this pursuant to the Interministerial Decree of 9 July 2009 (published in the Official Gazette no. 233/2009)
• possession of thequalification to perform the duties of Land Registrar
• professional experience in the provincial workforce with a stable or temporary, full-time (at least 36 hours) or part-time (in the latter case with proportional increase of the experience requirement) employment relationship of at least
  • a total of five years in category 'D
  • a total of eight years in category 'C

or:

• professional experience of at least a total of five years in category "D" or a total of at least eight years in category "C" in a management capacity, in public bodies or other public or private entities, with a stable or temporary, full-time (at least 36 hours) or part-time subordinate employment relationship (in the latter case with proportional increase of the experience requirement). In particular, by management functions, we mean those attributable to the coordination of sectors/organisational units of the body/company, with powers of initiative and decision-making autonomy and correlative responsibility, even in the implementation of general directives issued by superiors.
