Open competition for the post of Director of the Office for Human Resources Organisation and Administrative Services at MUSE

In addition to the general requirements specified in the call for applications, the following is required:

• a degree lasting at least four years in economics or law, or degrees recognised as equivalent to these under the law, or bachelor’s or master’s degrees recognised as equivalent to these under the Interministerial Decree of 9 July 2009 (published in the Official Gazette no. 233/2009);
• professional experience gained whilst employed by the provincial administration under a permanent or temporary employment contract, on a full-time basis (at least 36 hours) or part-time basis (in the latter case, with a proportional increase in the experience requirement) totalling at least:
  • a total of five years in category ‘D’;
  • a total of eight years in category ‘C’;
  • or equivalent experience (see the call for applications for details).
