Open competition for 4 Land Registry Office Directors

In addition to the requirements specified in the call for applications, the following is required:

• a degree in law lasting at least four years, or equivalent degrees as recognised by law, or a specialist degree or master’s degree equivalent to this under the Interministerial Decree of 9 July 2009 (published in the Official Gazette No. 233/2009);
• possessionof the qualification to practise as a Land Registry Officer;
• professional experience gained whilst employed by the provincial administration under a permanent or temporary employment contract, on a full-time basis (at least 36 hours) or part-time basis (in the latter case, with a proportional increase in the experience requirement) totalling at least:
  • a total of five years in category ‘D’;
  • a total of eight years in category ‘C’;

or:

• professional experience totalling at least five years in category ‘D’ or at least eight years in category ‘C’ in a managerial role, within public bodies or other public or private organisations, under a permanent or temporary employment contract, on a full-time basis (at least 36 hours) or part-time basis (in the latter case, with a proportional increase in the required length of experience). In particular, managerial roles are understood to mean those involving the coordination of sectors or organisational units within the body or company, with the power to take the initiative, decision-making autonomy and corresponding responsibility, even when implementing general directives issued by superiors.
