Specific requirements
In addition to the general requirements specified in the notice, the following is required
- possession of a university degree of at least four years' duration in a legal or socio-psychological subject or a degree equivalent to these pursuant to the law or a specialised degree or master's degree equivalent to these pursuant to the Interministerial Decree of 9 July 2009 (published in the Official Gazette no. 233/2009)
- possession, alternatively, of one of the following requirements
- participation in advanced training courses, university-level master's degrees, post-graduate specialisation diplomas (required for access) or PhDs relating to the issues of equal opportunities, gender discrimination, moral and physical harassment in the workplace, and organisational wellbeing of at least two years' duration or
- have accrued at least 2 years (24 months, even if not consecutive) of specific, documentable postgraduate professional experience (required for access) in the 10 years preceding the deadline for the collection of applications for participation in this selection process (i.e. from 13 March 2015 to 13 March 2025) in the fields of equal opportunities, gender discrimination, moral and physical harassment in the workplace, organisational wellbeing. Apprenticeships, internships, traineeships, community service, voluntary work and experience in socially useful work are not included. The type of hours worked (full-time, part-time) will be irrelevant. Please consult the call for applications for details.
