The application deadlines, after some extensions, are currently closed.
Buildings defined as 'rural architecture' must be provided with a declaration of cultural interest by a corresponding ministerial decree pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 42/2004 or they must have been built more than 70 years ago and be surveyed or classified by the regional and municipal territorial and urban planning instruments. (ex art. 1, paragraph 5).
The following are therefore eligible for intervention
- artefacts intended as rural dwellings or destined for activities functional to agriculture (farmhouses, 'masi', 'malghe' and 'caselli', mills, presses, rural schools, etc.) that have or have had a direct relationship or in any case a connection with the surrounding agricultural activity
- artefacts that connote the organic link with the pertinent agricultural activity (barns, shelters, temporary shelters also in vegetated structures or in caves, sheds and deposits, stables, 'colombere' and 'toresele', dryers, ovens, wells, paving of residential or productive open spaces, fences and 'caesuras', historic rural roads preserving traditional paving, terracing containment systems and dry stone walls, hydraulic systems for channelling, irrigation and water supply, fountains, drinking troughs, bridges, milestones, sawmills and orchards with rare historic cultivars, etc.;
- artefacts typical of the popular and religious tradition of rural communities (chapels, rural churches, votive shrines and crosses, surfaces bearing signs and graffiti signifying pasture areas, etc.), traditional trades associated with the life of rural communities, etc.
The determination of the Director of the Agricultural Service no. 12595 of 22 November 2022 approved the final list of applications eligible for funding (no. 38 interventions for € 4,693,882.01). For the applications included in the ranking list (from no. 39 to no. 61) but not eligible for financing due to lack of funds, the possibility of scrolling in order of position was foreseen in case further resources should become available.
By Resolution no. 865 of the Provincial Council dated 19 May 2023, the following were approved
- the implementing provisions of Resolution no. 747 of 29 April 2022;
- the fac simile of deeds of obligation
- the forms for payment applications and the other fulfilments to be fulfilled by the beneficiary.
By way of Ministerial Decree No. 92 of 7 March 2024, a remodulation of the allocation of resources among the Regions and Autonomous Provinces was envisaged so as to guarantee, in addition to the financing of the recovery interventions already selected by the implementing subjects, also that of the projects for the recruitment of personnel for operational support in the implementation of the interventions, pursuant to Decree-Law No. 80 of 9 June 2021, and to the circular of the Italian Accounting Department No. 80 of 9 June 2021, and to the circular of the Italian Accounting Department No. 80 of 29 April 2022, which was approved by the Ministry of Finance. 80 of 9 June 2021 and the Circular of the State General Accounting Office No. 4 of 18 January 2022, as well as the financing of the additional projects selected as meritorious, which previously could not be financed due to the exhaustion of the regional/provincial budget.
