General information

The general aim of the project is to strengthen the non-formal learning opportunities of
- young people who have just graduated/qualified (fifth-year diploma or fourth year of vocational training)
- young people attending the 4th year of upper secondary school.

Through the activation of on-the-job training actions, combining, according to the alternance model, classroom training moments and professional traineeship moments, to be carried out in productive/organisational contexts abroad.

The courses are aimed at pursuing the following specific objectives
- encouraging the entry of project participants into the world of work with quality profiles;
- enhancing the appropriation of new styles and behaviours in active and activating professional contexts;
- to improve the participants' technical-specific and transversal skills;
- strengthen the participants' curriculum in terms of knowledge of a foreign language applicable in work contexts open to internationalisation;
- provide certification and a portfolio of skills of European significance.

In concrete terms, the following mobilities are envisaged
- Short mobility (4 weeks) for about 70 students from Trentino secondary schools. Mobility planned for summer 2025;
- Long mobility (16 weeks) for about 20 graduates from Trentino secondary schools and vocational training.

Mobility will take place in European countries such as Germany, Ireland, Malta, Spain, etc.
