Permanent Table for Women's Employment

The 'Permanent Table for Women's Employment', through multi-sectoral comparison as well as on the basis of data from the labour market observatory, draws up integrated public policy proposals for advice and proposals for the promotion of women's employment.

Participation in the table and its organisation are regulated by the Provincial Council, but at least the following are part of it

• the councillor responsible for labour matters,
• the manager of the labour department
• the manager of the Employment Agency,
• representatives of the trade unions,
• representatives of the entrepreneurial and professional categories,
• representatives of the University of Trento,
• the female entrepreneurship committee,
• the Provincial Commission for Equal Opportunities between Women and Men,
• the Equality Council,
• the education department,
• the social policies department,
• the Family Agency.
