The Programme sets out, in accordance withProvincial Law No. 14 of 2 August 2005, theobjectivesto be pursued and the general lines of action to achieve them, the priorityresearch areasfor the province, the implementation tools, as well as the general criteria forevaluatingactivities and projects, and the procedures for verifyingresults.
It is an essential tool not only in the context of public research, but also within the framework of funding measures dedicated to industrial research and development projects, as governed by Provincial Law No. 6 of 6 July 2023, known as the Provincial Law on Measures in Support of the Economy 2023.
The Multi-Annual Research Programme translates the trajectories emerging from the Research Forum – an initiative for dialogue between experts and stakeholders that defines the strategic priorities for applied research and market-oriented innovation through the Rovereto Charter – which serves as a guiding document in response to the challenges facing the region.
