Responsibilities and functions
In particular, the company is responsible for the construction and operation of railway lines, automobile transport and any other electrical or mechanical traction system in Italy or abroad, with particular reference to the Trento-Malè railway and any extensions and branches. The company's object also includes the construction and management of hydroelectric power plants, the establishment of travel agencies with addresses and representations in other municipalities in Italy and abroad, the management of bus repair shops on its own account and on behalf of third parties, the construction and management of civil and industrial real estate and the development of real estate in general, the construction and management of telephone and data transmission lines, and the construction and management of car parks.
