The European Research Institute on Cooperative and Social Enterprises (EURICSE) is launching a new research project, funded with EUR 460,000 by the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR) within the framework of the Fund for Research in the Economic and Social Field. The two-year project, starting in June, will analyse the contribution of social economy organisations to social and health integration, with the aim of strengthening territorial services. The study includes a national mapping exercise, the analysis of organisational and governance models and a field phase in cooperation with scientific partners and Third Sector networks. Quantitative and qualitative methodologies will be used to assess the forms of collaboration between the public and the social economy. The results will be disseminated through publications, events and an online repository of good practices.
