    Brenta, rock collapse from Cima Falkner. Mountaineering trails and routes closed

    Multiple rock collapses affected both sides (western and eastern) of the Falkner peak in the Brenta group. The immediate closure of all mountaineering routes and paths that directly affect the area, including the Benini (no. 305) and paths no. 315, 316 and 331, has therefore been ordered. The decision was taken during a technical meeting called by the Department of Civil Protection, Forestry and Fauna of the Autonomous Province of Trento, which was attended by the Geological, Fire and Civil Protection and Risk Prevention Services and Cue, Forestry, the Municipalities of Tre Ville and Ville d'Anaunia, SAT (Società Alpinisti Tridentini), Trentino Mountain and Speleological Rescue Service and the Trentino Volunteer Fire Brigade Federation.
