This perfect balance gives rise to Trentodoc reserves, which, according to regulations, must age on the lees for at least 36 months, a period that wineries extend even up to ten years, to the benefit of the final product.     A success of participants and public for the third edition of 'Garda Lift on Fire

    273 participants from 16 different nations, including the United States, Canada, Ireland, Great Britain, Germany, France, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Croatia: a great success, both in terms of participation and audience, for the third edition of "Garda Lift on Fire", an international firefighting competition organised by the Riva del Garda Volunteer Fire Department. This afternoon, the president of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, also took part in the event's prize-giving ceremony.
    'An event,' stressed President Fugatti, 'now in its third edition and growing. It is an important event to appreciate the skills of the fire brigade, with the training they have undergone, and which allows us to compare our reality with that of many other countries.     Ten years on the lees. So time becomes excellence in the glass

    Ten years of waiting. One hundred and twenty months of silence and transformation in the bottle. This was the peculiarity told to the Trentodoc Festival audience during the 'Trentodoc: ten years and not feeling them' tasting. Enthusiasts and lovers of good drinking were taken on a sensory journey that featured six Trentodoc labels enhanced by a very long ageing on the lees. The event was led by Maurizio Dante Filippi and Roberto Anesi, AIS Italy's best sommeliers in 2016 and 2017 respectively. In the six goblets arranged in front of each participant's station, wine rarities were poured, demonstrating how time guarantees added value to the product.
