The Civil Defence mobile column will reach the municipality of Bukovina, Romania, in the evening, where the members of the group will spend the last night before handing over to the Moldovan authorities the material needed to set up an accommodation camp with a capacity of 500 places. The handover will take place about 30 kilometres from Chișinău (Moldova's capital) where the logistical warehouse of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of the Moldovan Ministry of Interior is located. In the course of the day, the mobile column had to deal with the stoppage of a vehicle at a Romanian workshop, while the fuel rationing decided by the Hungarian government to avoid hoarding and speculation, fortunately had no negative repercussions. The maximum quantity of 100 litres per refuelling is in fact very limited for heavy vehicles with a capacity of up to 300 litres, such as those transporting containers with material for the refugee camp (tents, stoves, cots, blankets, bedding kits, light towers, electrical panels, etc.) and the basic necessities of Caritas Trentino destined for the Moldovan parishes that are taking in women and children fleeing the war.
