"No lack of political vision, an accusation that appears entirely instrumental. At the centre of the work of the provincial education department and the administrative structures of the province is the regularity of school activity and the welfare of the students and staff. Once all the instruments at our disposal have been activated, we will be able to put in place an important response in terms of recruitment.
