Today, the Councillor for Health, Social Policies, Disability and Family, Stefania Segnana, together with the director of the Provincial Office for Training and Development of Human Resources Franca Bellotti and the general director of the Apss Antonio Ferro, together with the medical directors Luca Fabbri (director of the Southern District), Elena Bravi (director of the Mental Health Area and for social and health integration) and Claudio Agostini (director of the psychiatric unit of Val di Non, Sole, Rotaliana and Paganella), met the Health Council of Alto Garda and Ledro. At the meeting, chaired by the president of the Community Claudio Mimiola, and attended by all the local administrators, they took stock of the area's health programming. Councillor Segnana confirmed the strong attention of the provincial administration, and of the health authority, to the Alto Garda and Ledro area, recalling some of the interventions underway: '10 semi-intensive care beds are being built, adjacent to the Pneumology Operating Unit, for an amount of almost 2 million euro. It is also worth mentioning the realisation of an innovative project, namely the crisis unit reserved for adolescents on the third floor of the Le Palme building for EUR 650,000, as well as the construction of an integrated mental health centre, i.e. with in-patient beds, for a further EUR 1 million'.
