"Another cowardly and vulgar act, which once again calls for the strongest of condemnations. We stand by President Maurizio Fugatti and will continue to do so'. This is how the councillors of the Provincial Council of Trento expressed their closeness to the President of the Province, once again the target of intimidating acts. 'Governing,' the councillors commented, 'also means taking responsibility. The responsibility of making decisions for the good of a community. We cannot accept that, in the exercise of this duty, the cornerstones of democracy, which are respect, first and foremost, for the rules, but even more so for the people, should be disregarded. So, to Maurizio Fugatti in particular as a person and to his family goes all our solidarity and support'.
