Today, with two decrees that cannot be appealed, the TRGA of Trento rejected the request for suspension presented by the animal welfare associations LAV, LEAL, WWF, and LNDC against the decree with which the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, ordered the killing of two wolves from the pack that is raging and has created extensive damage in the area of Malga Boldera, on Mount Baldo.
"There is satisfaction because in assessing the appeal against the decree, in addition to confirming that there is no threat to the conservation of the species, the Regional Court of Administrative Justice recognised the importance of protecting the livestock and environmental heritage, and more generally the economy of our mountains, issues that we have always placed at the centre of our government action," commented President Maurizio Fugatti.
