The President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, arrived in Biella on the occasion of the 95th National Assembly of the Alpini. An appointment that attracts thousands of black feathers from all over Italy every year, including many from Trento.
'Being here,' said Fugatti, 'means paying homage to a reality that is an integral part of our community. The Trentino Alpine soldiers are an irreplaceable reference point for volunteer work, civil protection, historical memory and social cohesion. Their presence is a concrete sign of a Trentino that does not forget its roots and proudly looks to the future and testifies to the strong link between Trentino institutions and the National Alpine Association, which in Trentino boasts one of the most numerous and active sections'.
