Solidarity and international cooperation

The Autonomous Province of Trento promotes initiatives aimed at upholding human rights and peace, reducing poverty and inequality, and addressing conflicts and emergencies in developing countries. Most of these initiatives are funded by the European Union and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, whilst the Province supports Trentino-based organisations involved in international cooperation, with the aim of promoting equitable and sustainable global development, in line with the objectives of the 2030 Agenda.
